This Saturday, July 23rd @ Blue Zone Wellness Centre deck (Lincoln Street).
1 hour class starts at 4pm
Punch Pass members and drop-in's welcome ($15)

Ok Fitfam
Here is some straight talk for you.
Everything in life is is a choice. This has been a hard lesson for me to learn. I feel that we don't always know what we are choosing so we end up with consequences attached to our choices that were unconscious at the time.
BUT, the good news is we can become aware of the consequences of our choices and re-group.
