September has that “begin again” feeling. 🍂

The lake is still beautiful, summer is still very much here, but September naturally brings a little shift — routines return, schedules settle in, and we start thinking about the things that make us feel good.

It’s the perfect time to get back to your mat. 🧘‍♀️

Our next 6-week Small Group Yoga Session begins September 15, with two gentle options to choose from:

🧘 Tuesdays at 9:30 AM — Peaceful Flow
A gentle Hatha practice combining mindful movement, stretching and strengthening — a lovely way to start your day.

🌙 Thursdays at 5:00 PM — Slow & Gentle Yin
A slower-paced practice with longer, supported stretches designed to help release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Come move, breathe, stretch and take a little time for yourself in the peaceful surroundings of Awakenings Lakeside Wellness Studio.

A new experience is coming to Skye’s The Limit Fitness in Sharbot Lake ✨

Imagine lying comfortably on your mat, surrounded by the warm glow of red light while the beautiful tones of crystal alchemy singing bowls gently fill the room.

I’m so excited to partner with Skye’s The Limit Fitness
to offer this unique sound bath with red light therapy.

During this restorative session, you’ll simply rest while my crystal alchemy bowls tuned to 432 Hz create layers of soothing sound designed to encourage relaxation, stillness, and a sense of overall well-being. Combined with the red light panels, this class offers a peaceful experience that encourages relaxation, deep rest, and muscle recovery.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Bring:
• A blanket and pillow for comfort
• An optional eye pillow or soft towel for your forehead
• Comfortable clothing (shorts and tank top suggested)

Protective eye shields will be provided for use during the red light therapy. If you are particularly sensitive to sound frequencies or volume, you are welcome to bring earplugs for your comfort.
