So I had to sleep in an airport last night :/

No circuit training this week.

Hopefully by next tuesday I will have met with the health center director to figure how were going to move forward with this.

Unfortunately, anishinabe mma has hit a bit of red tape and will need to cancel class tonight.

Ill keep you posted on any progress... plz share info with anyone who was supposed to come tonight... thanks

Wicked trainjng tonight with the high school! Thanks to all who made it out!

Im super stoked to start back training and pick up where we left off with new classes that are better suited to KZ's needs!

Starting tomorrow i will be offering c.training classes for high school staff and students, free of charge for participants! 3-4 pm.

Tuesday nights from 6-8pm
Myself and Andy Dewache will be offering c.training and basic muay thai + BJJ and boxing classes. 5$ a person is a ridiculous deal for a 2 h class..... contact me for info.
