Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club exists to serve the community of Maple Ridge through Club Sports, High Performance Athletic Training, and Leadership Development. Group Fitness classes on Tuesday/Thursday at 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 10:00 AM with memberships available for self workouts as well Monday-Friday

Wanted to let you all know of a brand new gym in Maple Ridge! While Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club has been offering adult sports and private rentals for a few months now, we are now ratcheting up the adult fitness side 🔥💪 and we could not be more excited about it!!!
