New Instructor Spotlight ✨🌟
Hi! I’m Rachelle. I found yoga as a regular part of my life 9 years ago and my love for the practice has been deepening ever since. Staying active has always been a consistent part of my life, from a personal weightlifting practice, to running, and team acrosports.
Connecting breath, movement and intention has allowed me to ground myself and I love sharing what I am able to with others. Since completing my 200hr YTT in 2019, I am constantly learning and seeking opportunities to deepen my knowledge of yoga, anatomy, and other movement practices like Pilates.
I feel so lucky to live in beautiful BC on traditional kʷikʷəƛ̓əm territory, as a water sign I enjoy the proximity to the oceans, rivers and also the ability to be immersed in the forests and mountains at a moments notice. In my spare time you can find me paddleboarding, biking, hiking, or chilling by the river with a good book.

NEW INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT🚨
We are thrilled to announce that Lori Mork has joined our awesome team of instructors!!
Lori has been in the fitness industry for over 3.5 decades. Teaching everything from those crazy 90’s hi-low impact or ultra-/choreographed step aerobics classes, to athletic conditioning workouts and Spinning, to more zen-like classes like Pilates and yoga. She’s got more qualifications, courses, and certifications than can be listed here, has owned/operated/managed numerous fitness studios, trained and educated new instructors/personal trainers, competed in multiple fitness competitions, and wrote two best-selling books.
Lori is also a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, and specialties in pre-postnatal fitness/yoga (she’s also a Birth Doula), as well as women’s hormones and mindset. Her mission lies in helping people feel better from the inside out! She believes that while fitness goals are individual, group classes are where we can come together as a “team” to support one another with positivity, a whole lot of fun, and a good-ol’ butt-kick! Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned pro, Lori aims to provide you with a workout that will challenge you to find your edge, and then push past it. Her classes combine her high-energy teaching style, wicked music playlists, and an uplifting and empowering good time!
