Hard to describe the impact of the past few days here at the conference in Whistler BC. I have never been in a room full of so many impressive powerful women who are all dedicated to lifting others up, whether working in non-profit, development, media, technology, as entrepreneurs or leaders in organizations.
So grateful to have joined this community and invigorated to make strides towards my vision for Om: The Practice.

That’s why I created a 5‑hour, research‑informed retreat to help you truly reset your nervous system. Together we’ll use gentle movement, breathwork, and practical neuroscience to interrupt stress cycles, restore calm, and leave with tools you can use every day.
This day includes guided practices, all equipment provided, a workbook of integration exercises, and a follow‑up call to help you bring the learning home. Space is intentionally limited to keep the environment calm and supportive.
