SOLD OUT! The Sisters of St Joseph have once again asked Brenda and Indira to host a retreat at their beautiful Villa in Cobourg, Ontario, overlooking Lake Ontario on the weekend of June 5th, just one hour drive from Toronto. Carpooling will be arranged.
The cost is a deal, the food is delicious and the grounds on the shore of Lake Ontario are spectacular. You can join in the activities planned, walk through the beautiful gardens and/or take time to relax on the large porch.
There are only 11 available rooms so please consider reserving your room soon.

Overnight retreat Spring 2025 with Indira and Brenda at Villa St Joseph, Ecology and Spirituality Centre in Cobourg starting Friday May 23rd 10 am ending the following morning at 11:00 am. It will include three meals: lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning. Brenda will be presenting her talk Eating to Nourish God's Body. Indira will be guiding meditations and gentle stretching with prayer in a Praying with the Body class. Carpooling will be arranged. Cost $125.00, 100% of the proceeds go to the Sisters of St Joseph.
