What is your way to manage the stress ? β
β
Last couple months has been a stressful time for me and my family. I was so frustrated what happening in my life and I felt I tried all the times. I knew that I need to feel grounded. My way manage the stress is taking a step back and go to nature. For me, nature has answers all the question we have. β
β
Another way to destress is practicing Pranayama (breathing technique). This Saturday Yoga class I will introduce one of my favorite pranayama, Nadi Shodhana. When I need to calm and take it easy, I always practice Nadi shodhana.

What does Yoga mean? β

The word yoga means UNITY or ONENESS and is derived from Sanskrit word yuj, which means 'to join' (yolk) This unity, or joining, is described in spiritual terms as the union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness. β

What does yoga mean to me ? β
β
It is hard to explain it in one word. However, I can tell how I found myself with yoga. I met with Yoga 5 years ago and I have been practicing Yoga regularly for 2 years. I learnt to many things over the years. What I learned is being a patience and truly accept myself without judgment. I learned let it go the thoughts doesn't serve me. believe me that It is the hardest thing I have ever done. I can say that Yoga means for me a endless journey to seeking a better version of myself. β

Do you like changes?β

I am not a big fan of the changing. However, when I look my past, I took a big decisions. I quit the job that I was happy, I moved a country that I didn't know anyone and I started from scratch. Sometimes, I feel that I did wrong and start to question myself BUT all those steps let me follow my passion, Yoga. I am still discovering myself in my journey. To be honest, I am really proud of myself. β

What is your biggest challenge on your practice ? β

For me, my back is the most stiff part of my body. Ever day, I work on to get more flexible. It is my personal goal to get back to my flexible back !β

Do you know that strong core muscles stabilize your lower back and make your lower back muscles stronger and healthier ?β

is the one of the best pose for toning core muscles. β
In addition to the abdominal muscles, it works the deep hip flexors. We need to strengthen these muscle because it gets weak when we sit too much.β
