Remember when? Squat challenge! of Fall 2017! In the Intermediate division (45 lbs total), Cesar Tovera took the top honors there with 48 reps. In the Advanced division (95 lbs total), Khaleel Rasheed racked up the most reps with 43 total. And last but certainly not least, in the Women's division (45 lbs), there was a tie between Nishany Sothilingam and Erin Simpson, with both getting in 110 reps! Good hustle everybody!

Leg Raise Challenge Continued! Not to be forgotten, Peter K! Coming in at an astonishing 75 reps and sweeping the Intermediate Division (next runnerup was 56 reps!)! This was a big deal! He went from doing an ok leg raise with minimal activation to THAT in a few short months! GO PETER!

Remember? Chinup Challenge September 2016! Big fun was had and noodley arms too, as a whopping 17 competitors faced off in our Advanced, Intermediate and Women's Divisions! Percentage BW in three cumulative attempts. BW % per division:100/80/60, 80/60/40, 60/40/20. ADVANCED WINNER: Arbaaz with 76 total

Something a little heavier for your Monday... JSSM study (2014): suspension pushups increase trap, tricep, abdominal activation, and coordination (obviously). Delt and pec group also active, but better isolated with stability. Try it! Maybe follow a PR overhead press set with isolated chest work and this to round out your upper body essentials.
