You’re going to want to read this because it’s all about the history of Fight Fit and how it all started…
The story begins over 5 years ago, in a smelly gymnastics facility with only 1 class twice a week.
With only 1 coach...ME, running the class of 8-10 people.
Fast forward, 5 years later we now have 2 of our own locations, over 300 members and over 20 team members.
And it’s because of YOU!
My loyal clients, friends, family and subscribers and I’ll never forget that.
It’s YOU, who constantly help us learn, grow and get better day in and day out.
It’s YOU getting amazing results, changing your lives for the better and giving us the feedback to serve you better.
That’s why we’re dedicating the entire month of July to our ninjas!

As the Beach Body Challenge wraps up join us as for a workout, beach body measurement, "Beyond the BBC Presentation," and treats for all the challengers.
July 15th - LIVE DJ kickboxing party 10am (Markham DJ Bowza, Stouffville DJ Racoonhead)
July 22nd - 2nd Annual Ninja Appreciation Picnic @ Milne Park with BBQ, Kids Games, and the Ninja Olympics. All locations will be closed and workouts will be at Milne Park Lazy Way location.
July 29th - Outdoor Obstacle Course Training and Workouts

Ever wondered what a fitness training career looks like?
Not only are we always looking for great talent for our team, we know by teaching people already passionate about working out to help coach others; we effectively help more people and make bigger steps to our mission of ascending people to greatness.
We’re offering an internship for people who might be curious to know what a career in fitness looks like.
The internship is a 10-25 hour unpaid work experience with our expert trainers and the international certification program we’ve developed right here at Fight Fitness.
You would start by completing a brief interview to identify whether you’re a good candidate for this internship experience.
You would be matched with coaches and admin to shadow for 10-25 hours of hands on practical experience. At the conclusion of each session, the coach will evaluate your engagement, willingness to learn, pro-activity, and coach-ability. These hours are quite flexible to conveniently fit around your current lifestyle.
Upon successfully completing Phase 1 we’ll facilitate access to our instructor certification program ($397 Value). Successfully completing this portion of the internship will result in you being an eligible instructor for Fight Fitness.
From here the sky’s the limit you may be offered a position with our team which includes free membership to our studio, team events and access to additional learning.
