Lately I have been seeing a lot of posts about Canadian products and Canadian materials. buying Canadian materials and vinyls it’s impossible because we don’t have any manufacturing here in Canada,,,,,trust me I have been doing this since 2004.
When other competitors used to work in completely different fields I was the original gym upholstery company with one other guy named Chessman I think I know one or two about the industry.

It’s very simple don’t get me wrong I would like to purchase Canadian products and materials for my business but unfortunately it’s impossible!!!.
when it comes to upholstery materials such as proper gym vinyl we only have very little options Morbern, Naugahude, BoltaFlex, Sprrodling and Crypton fabric every single of them are American companies made in china.
The only thing Canadian here is my craftsmanship! DO NOT BE fooled by competitors B.S

Back in 2004 my company Ultimate Fitness Repairs was born with one dream! At the time I was working for a company and wanted to take over the niche market of gym upholstery and custom refurbishing fitness equipment. From 2004 to 2016 I worked at Advantage Fitness Repairs and it was in 2016 that I decided to take the next step to grow my business.

The plan was to get this little truck on the road and maybe a small warehouse. I remember saying to myself if I have one or two clients a day, I will be happy. Needless to say it was much more than I expected. I got a bigger work truck and pushed myself for larger scale clients.

Today and 8 years later Ultimate Fitness Repairs has over 60 signed agreements across different municipalities, colleges and corporations. Our goal is to help keep my clients fitness equipment up and running to manufacturers standards.

We have been testing out for the last 2 months and we definitely nailed it right on the 🎯We understand the importance of excellent customer service and minimising disruption to your business. At Ultimate Fitness Repairs on site services few machines will be out of action even the largest gyms can be fully refitted within a day.

Tip of the day!

Not using the correct cleaners can cause discolouration and drying or damaging your console screen, specifically the touchscreen, upholstery, frame paint.

Approved Cleaners:
Two preferred cleaners have been approved by experts:
PureGreen 24 made by Pure Green and Gym Wipes made by 2XL . Both cleaners will safely and effectively remove dirt, grime and sweat from equipment. PureGreen 24 and the Antibacterial Force formula of Gym Wipes are both disinfectants that are effective against MRSA and H1N1.

PureGreen 24 is available in a spray which is convenient for gym staff to use. Apply the spray to a microfiber cloth and wipe down the equipment. Use PureGreen 24 on the equipment for at least 2 minutes for general disinfection purposes and at least 10 minutes for fungus and viral control. See the following for PureGreen 24 best practices.

Gym Wipes are large, durable pre-moistened wipes to use on the equipment before and after workouts. Use Gym Wipes on the equipment for at least 2 minutes for general disinfection purposes.

Compatible Cleaners: Mild soap and water or a mild non-abrasive household cleaner can also be used to clean the display and all exterior surfaces. Use a soft microfiber cloth only. Apply the cleaner to the microfiber cloth before cleaning. DO NOT use ammonia or acid based cleaners. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners. DO NOT use paper towels. DO NOT apply cleaners directly to the equipment surfaces. We strongly urge our customers not to use bleach on the surfaces of our equipment.
