Join the Freedom Team as our new Office Administrator!

We are looking for a highly organized and approachable Office Administrator to keep our workplace running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our daily operations.

Duties include:
Reception tasks
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Payroll
Invoicing
Quickbooks data entry

In this role you would also be responsible for daily upkeep of spreadsheets & trackers as well as various support tasks for management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Quickbooks would be considered an asset.

❄️ Public Safety Reminder:
Stay Safe Around City Snow-Removal Equipment ❄️
As winter storms arrive, our crews are out working to keep roads and sidewalks safe. Please help us protect both you and our operators by following these important safety tips when you see snow blowers, dump trucks, graders, or any active snow-removal equipment:
🚧 1. Keep a Safe Distance & educate your children to do the same!!
Large equipment has blind spots. Stay well back from operating machines and avoid walking directly behind or beside them.
🚜 2. Never Assume Operators Can See You
Heavy equipment is loud, and visibility can be limited in blowing snow. Make eye contact with the operator if you need to pass nearby.
🚶‍♂️ 3. Stay Off the Road During Active Plowing
If you’re walking, use sidewalks when possible. Plow trucks may slide on ice or need extra room to maneuver.
🚗 4. Give Plow Trucks the Right of Way
They move slowly and make wide turns. Avoid passing a plow — especially on the right side where snow is thrown.
❄️ 5. Keep Kids Away from Snowbanks
Snowbanks created by plows can collapse, and equipment operators cannot see children playing near them.
🔊 6. Listen for Backup Alarms
Dump trucks and graders may reverse frequently while loading or pushing snow. Always be alert to warning beeps.
💡 7. Stay Visible
Wear bright or reflective clothing when out walking, especially early morning or evening.
🅿️ 8. Don’t Block Snow Routes
Parked cars make plowing slower and less safe. Follow posted snow-route rules to keep roads clear and crews safe.
