Parts 1 + 2 were about building the foundation—breathing, pressure management, stability and control.

Part 3 is where we start turning that control into strength you can use.

Think:
→ Incline planks for core strength + control
→ Goblet squats for whole-body stability
→ Farmer carries for strength under load—think carrying groceries, kids, luggage… 👀

And this is just a tiny example of how core training can progress. There are SO many exercises, variations and ways to increase the challenge depending on the person.

You don’t have to move to Part 3 just because it’s the next Reel. You’re ready to progress when you can perform the previous movements with good control, breathing and confidence—and without symptoms that tell you the current level is still too challenging.

If you’re still working through Parts 1 or 2, stay there. It’s building your foundation.

The goal isn’t to do the hardest core exercises.
It’s to build the strength and control to handle real life.
