Our Just for Kicks karate program is specially designed for kids ages 5–7. We use age-appropriate karate, games and activities to help kids learn, grow and feel successful in a positive environment.

The Badlands Karate and SKFitness Summer Self-Defense Series has been an smashing success!

A huge shout out to all of the amazing women who are taking part in this program. Your commitment, determination, and willingness to challenge yourselves make every class a rewarding experience.

This is just the beginning! Keep an eye out for upcoming refresher courses and our future Level 2 Self-Defense program, where we'll build on the skills and confidence developed over these six weeks.
