We make mountain biking happen in Merritt, BC. The MMBA came into existence the spring of 2000 with the intentions of making the riding here really great.
One of our primary goals is advocating for long terms trail access by working with government at multiple levels as well as other user groups. The MMBA was one of the first groups in the province to have an agreement with the crown to manage the trails we ride. The MMBA has signed a new agreement with the Province in 2012 which affords our trails legal protection in the following riding areas: Lundbom, Coutlee, North Bench, and Iron/Too Much Info.

The MSS Mt. Bike Team is excited to host their first ever Regional High School race this Thursday on Iron Mountain! We're expecting 154 athletes and their coaches and parents, from 29 schools, from as far away as Revelstoke and Clearwater to Penticton and everywhere in between! We have 7 hardcore riders representing MSS on their home turf.

The too much info trail networks and coutlee plateau still need a little more time to dry out I know everyone is itching to ride! Tom Lacey memorial trail network is fully open and rideable please head out and enjoy that area
