We're looking for volunteers from the Eastern Shore and Musquodoboit Valley area to join our great group of current volunteers to help create healthier communities. We are especially looking for community volunteers from the Ecum Secum/Moser River/Sheet Harbour/Ship Harbour and Musquodoboit Valley areas.
We meet once a month (virtually in the winter) to discuss issues and topics surrounding community health, distribute grant funding and implement local health promotion projects. Contact us to learn more about this fun and informative way to get involved in your community.

Hello folks, we have been having some inquiries in regards to registering for CPR training on August 28th, however, that event pinned on our page is actually from 2023 and we currently do not have a First Aid training booked at the moment. If, however, if you are seeking out this training please let us know and we will look at bringing this to PAUSE Wellness Centre in the near future.
