Happy Birthday Shane Lively 🎂🥳
All of the team here at Lively Motorsports want to send out a big Happy Birthday today to (Uncle) Shane Lively. Shane was our Bando car crew chief for a couple of years, and he also steps in to work on both our #25 Sportsman and #15 Bando car when we need him. Shane’s extensive racing experience, having both raced his own cars as well as being an important member of the #99 Pro Stock car pit crew, makes him key to providing us with some valuable racing support … racing is undeniably in this guy’s blood.
We want to make sure that our fans and supporters know about Shane’s birthday today so they too can wish him a Happy Birthday.

Apparently it’s time for a little Lively Motorsports yard sale… except everything is FREE. 😂🏁
While digging through the attic looking for some old fenders and a bumper for a friend, I stumbled across a couple relics from the past — two old door panels off the Green #25!
If any of our fans would like one for the garage, race room, man cave, wall art, or just something to hang up and confuse the neighbours, they’re FREE for the taking.
And since we’re cleaning house… we’ve also got about 20 old race tires kicking around. Adlee and I would be happy to sign them if anyone wants one as a souvenir. They’re actually pretty cool to have around, and people seem to enjoy getting them.
OR… if the souvenir thing isn’t really your style and you just need some tires to absolutely roast off your own car doing burnouts… I’m not here to judge. 😂😂😂
Door panels and tires are all FREE to our fans. Come get this stuff before I decide it has “sentimental value” and put it back in storage for another 10 years. 😂🏁

#18 UMG Atlantic Mortgages Beginner
This week’s Driver of the Week is none other than the young Nicholas Farrell!
The era of Farrell has arrived.
With back-to-back feature wins, Nicholas has officially arrived on the scene and given the rest of the field plenty to take notice of. What makes it even more impressive is that Nicholas started this season behind the wheel of a race car for the very first time, competing against some of the best in the UMG Atlantic Mortgages Beginner division. Now, he’s carrying checkered flags at the end of the night.
Nicholas has also quickly become a familiar face around the pits, often lending a hand to other teams, taking part in our side events and bringing the car out to interact with the fans.
It’s great to see a young driver making this kind of impact, both on and off the track. Having Nicholas in the field gives us plenty of reason to be excited about the future of racing at Scotia Speedworld.
A tip of the hat to Nicholas Farrell and the entire team. Congratulations on another feature win and on being our Driver of the Week!

Happy Birthday Stephen Farrell 🎉🎂
The entire team here at Lively Motorsports want to wish one of our awesome mechanics, Stephen Farrell, a very Happy Birthday today! Stephen’s skill and diligence help keep our race cars consistent, reliable, and safe, which is huge for us every time we head to the track. His dedication and dependability make such a difference, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without him. He’s always there, often putting in long hours in the garage and checking in to make sure everything is staying on track and ready to go.
In addition to taking care of our cars, he’s also guiding and supporting his son Nicholas who started racing this year as well (Nicholas Farrell Racing), taking care of his race car too. Stephen is indeed a very busy man supporting two teams and three race cars!
We’re truly fortunate to have Stephen taking such great care of us, and we appreciate him more than he knows. We hope you have an amazing birthday today Pal … you deserve the best!
A scary moment from Friday night that definitely wasn’t part of the race plan.
During a very busy pit stop, Dad/Papa was making his way back toward the track when he stepped out from behind a truck and unfortunately crossed paths with one of the race cars.
Thankfully, he’s doing well and walked away from it. Things happen incredibly fast in the pits, and this was a good reminder of just how quickly things can go wrong.
We’re very thankful this one ended with everyone okay. Glad you’re alright, Papa! ❤️🏁
