We asked our MAG team what their favorite skill is, here's what they had to say 👀

Our MAG program helps athletes build strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, confidence and discipline while progressing through skills across all six events. Whether they are working on a new skill, new goal or simply becoming stronger, our MAG athletes work hard every practice to challenge themselves and have a whole lot of fun while doing it 🤸🏼‍♂️💪

Today, we recognize the day for truth and reconciliation. This day honours the children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools as well as their families and communities.

We remember these families not only today, but everyday.

New season. New Skills. Same gymnastics fun 🤸‍♀️✨

Our Fundamental teams have been busy these first few weeks learning, getting stronger and, of course, having fun in the process! 💪🩷

Whether they are a new face, or a returning athlete with new goals, these athletes will do amazing things! We can't wait to see what else these groups accomplish over the season 👀

Our chocolate fundraiser is in full swing and WOW! We’ve had a tremendous response, and it hasn’t even been a full week yet!

We are off to such a great start that we thought we’d add a few extra early bird draws midway through the week. Keep up the great work with the selling, and thank you so much for your continued support, we truly appreciate it!

Early bird winners have been contacted! Congratulations to M.Florindi-Bantay & N.Facey! Stop into the office to pick up your prize 🎉

Can they do the skill? No.
Can they teach YOU how to do the skill? Absolutely.

Because being a Gymnastics coach isn't always about doing the skill yourself. It's about understanding the skill, knowing what the athlete needs, finding the right words to explain the skill, giving the right corrections, spotting safely and cheering athletes on through their attempts and successes!

Our coaches might not be the ones doing the skills...but they are behind so many of those "I DID IT" moments 🤸🏼‍♀️

And really, that's what makes a great coach 🩷
