Happy National Coaches Week! This week, we’re celebrating the incredible coaches who make Catalyst what it is!

A huge thank you to all of our Recreational, Performance, Showcase, and Competitive coaches for the time, energy, patience, and passion you bring to the gym every single week.

From helping a first-time gymnast learn their very first skill, to supporting athletes as they prepare for the competition floor - every coach plays such an important role in our athletes’ journeys.

Thank you for showing up, cheering loudly, teaching with purpose, and creating a positive environment where our athletes can learn, grow, and have fun!

We’re so lucky to have such an amazing coaching team! 🦋
