🏒 Hockey Canada Assist Fund Applications Open August 1! 🏒

We believe every child should have the opportunity to play hockey, regardless of financial circumstances.

Beginning August 1, families can apply to the Hockey Canada Foundation Assist Fund, a program designed to help reduce financial barriers by providing up to $500 per player toward minor hockey registration fees for eligible families. Approved funding is paid directly to your Hockey Canada-sanctioned minor hockey association and applied to your player's registration costs. Eligibility is based on household income and other program criteria, and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis while funding remains available.

If your family may benefit from this program, we encourage you to apply as soon as applications open.

Before applying, be sure to have:
✅ Your player registered with a Hockey Canada-sanctioned minor hockey association
✅ Proof of household income (such as your Canada Child Benefit statement or Notice of Assessment)
✅ Any other required supporting documentation listed in the application portal.

Please don't let finances be the reason your child misses out on hockey this season. If you have questions about registration with our association, don't hesitate to reach out.

Registration for the 2026-2027 season will open at 12:01am on July 1st, 2026 and will close at 11:59pm on August 31st, 2026. Please use the link below to register your child so we can start preparing for the upcoming season.
