In our current challenge group, we’re doing a 5 day Core Challenge.

Core is something a lot of people neglect.

If I was honest, I have recently as well.

Here’s day one. I did the circuit 3 times which was 7.5 minutes. I could feel it!

So this girl deserves another shout out. 👏

She has trained incredibly hard for her second Hyrox competition, but this time… she did it solo.

We have honestly never met many people who work harder or have more grit than Mary Beth. We’ve watched her show up and train even when she was completely drained, when most people would have found every excuse not to.

She sets her sights on a goal and she goes after it — no excuses, no quitting, no letting obstacles stand in her way.

These pictures captured more than workouts. They captured hard work, discipline, determination, and heart.

The funny thing is… Mary Beth is one of the most humble people you’ll meet and definitely isn’t someone who wants the spotlight on her… but sorry Mary Beth, you’re getting it anyway…😝

We are beyond proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished so far, and we already know this is just the beginning.

Keep chasing goals. Keep pushing limits. Keep being you.

This is the part nobody likes to talk about.

The workouts.
The meal prep.
The water.
The sleep.
The consistency.

Doing it once? Easy.
Doing it for life? That’s where the real challenge begins.

Sometimes progress stalls, and sometimes you get tired of putting in the work.
But the unfortunate truth is…you can’t train for 12 weeks and expect to stay healthy and fit for the rest of your life.

This is a daily commitment.

Some days it feels tedious.
Some days it feels boring.
Some days it’s frustrating, exhausting, annoying, and hard.

But the results?
Absolutely worth it.

Being able to live life fully without constantly feeling run down, sore, exhausted, or limited…worth it.

Being able to move well, stay independent, and take care of yourself as you age…worth it.

Avoiding a future filled with medications, doctor visits, pain, and mobility issues…worth it.

The problem is, most people trade long-term quality of life for short-term comfort.
They choose instant gratification now, then end up living a much harder life later.

And when the process gets difficult?
That’s usually when people quit.

But some of the best things in life require effort.
Strength requires effort.
Confidence requires effort.
