We were thrilled to welcome teams from across the region to Mission and showcase the excitement of baseball in our community.

Opening Day is finally here! ⚾🎉

Join us starting at 10:30 AM as we kick off an exciting season with Mission Minor Baseball! We’ve got a morning full of fun activities planned for players and families—come out, connect with the community, and celebrate the game we all love.

Stick around into the afternoon as our 15U Twins and 18U Twins take the field for some great matchups you won’t want to miss!

🚨 IMPORTANT FIELD UPDATE – PLEASE READ 🚨

Due to an unexpected overnight incident… Field 2 is currently OUT OF COMMISSION 😳

At approximately 3:17 AM, what can only be described as a giant baseball-shaped meteor made a direct impact right behind home plate 💥⚾
Crews arrived this morning to find a crater, smoke, and… well… one of the biggest “baseballs” we’ve ever seen 😅

🛑 Field 2 will be closed until further notice while we:
• Assess the damage
• Contact… NASA? 🤷‍♂️
• Figure out if this counts as a ground rule double

All practices and games will be adjusted — coaches will be in touch with updated schedules.
