Curling Canada | U-21 Award Winners! Award winners at the recently concluded 2023 New Holland Canadian Under-21 Curling Championships have been revealed. They are as follows:

Well we got the deep playoff run we were hoping for, but it didn’t net us a medal. 4th place at Nationals is the best we could do. 11 games in 8 days is a marathon. Thank you to all our competitors and congrats to AB2 Team Tao on winning gold.

The semifinal didn’t go our way. Ran into a hot and strong team plus we didn’t play to our potential. Not a good recipe for a win. Nevertheless, our playoff run is not over. Sunday morning at 11am, we play MB1 for the bronze medal. Thanks for cheering us on.
On the bright side, Landan’s mom won the 50-50 draw. Gagnante!

Wow. What a game. The boys were very solid and patient. Manitoba 2 barely missed a shot. We finally broke through with steals in the 8th, 9th and 10th. Make the final 8-4 for Onnnnntaaaarrriooooo2.
Up next the semifinal vs AB2 Tao at 7pm tonight in Arena Jacques Laperriere.

The mens side of the New Holland Canadian Junior Nationals playoffs are set. Team ON2 Rooney is proud to have qualified for the playoffs. 6 of 18 teams remain in the hunt for a national title. The next step is a quarterfinal match vs MB2 Freeman. This game will be in the Arena Jacques Laperriere on Saturday April 1st at 1pm. Time for sleep and dreams of a deep playoff run. Tough loss this morning but we still have control of our own destiny. Next game is in the arena vs the hometown QC1 Bedard. 7pm start. Win and we are in the playoffs.
