Rotary Golf to Give tournament Thunder won a prize to go on a Fishing Trip on Lake Ontario. Salmon Catcher completed a successful 2023 fishing charter trip donated to Oakville Ontario Rotary Club. Trip commenced on October 2 , 2023. Participants included Ray and Special Olympic Athlete Thunder. We where fortunate to have good weather and Lake Ontario waters gifted us with two King salmon fish. Thunder caught 13lb salmon and was very excited.

Last minute try to hunt some Kings, Chinook,and lakers… good choice cowboy!!! 10lb rainbow Trout kept for captain Bob’s buddy.. And 25 lb King Salmon thrown back to catch another day. All in first 30 mins. What a day, CN Tower in the backdrop. Captain Bob is a beauty! What a great time! Highly recommend Salmon Catcher Charters out of Port Credit, missassauga Ont.

We had a great morning out on the water landing this 20+ pound King Salmon, which was so fun to fight in. Caught a second wee salmon right at the end of the trip to cap the morning off. Bob is a great captain and full of good tips! We will be back for more big fish in the future!
