Aquatic Team Leader / Infant & Toddler Swim Instructor - Part Time in Milton

Are you a mature, experienced aquatics leader with a passion for teaching infants and toddlers under 3? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide our instructional team, oversee deck operations, and teach our youngest swimmers in the Halton community!

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach early-years swim lessons (under age 3) & build foundational water safety.
• Supervise, mentor, and co-teach alongside instructors and lifeguards.
• Ensure strict pool safety, clean operations, and lead emergency response when needed.
• Connect warmly with parents, carers, and young swimmers on deck.

Qualifications:
• Strong aquatic leadership experience & early childhood handling skills.
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C + Swim Instructor Certification.
• Lifeguard Certification preferred (training support provided!).
• Vulnerable Sector Check required.

Meet our littlest swimmers: Tadpoles! 🐸💦

Tadpole lessons introduce babies as young as three months old to the water in a gentle, supportive environment alongside a parent or guardian. Through songs, guided activities and plenty of encouragement, our youngest swimmers begin building comfort in the water while families learn how to support their water safety journey.
