Mississauga Battodo - Japanese Swordmanship

Come join us to learn a little about Japanese culture and Basics of Japanese Sword (a la Battodo)

at Z GRVTY, 2505 Dunwin Drive, Mississauga Saturday mornings.

$20/drop in classes, Bokken available for borrowing.

We’ve started another class for Battodo fundamentals on Saturdays as well at 10:30am. If you’d like to join us, please reach out.

Another Battodo course starting September 12th if you’re in Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto. Come learn about Japanese culture and swordmanship. Tuesdays 8:30pm. 5 classes for C$100.

Another beginner's class starting September 12th for 5 weeks (Tuesdays 8:30pm to 10pm). Few more spots open.

Cost: C$100 for 5 classes.

Attire: Loose Clothing

Bring your bokken if you have one.

Welcome to the Mississauga Battodo dojo page. We are excited to start a beginners course in Nakamura Ryu Battodo in Mississauga, Ontario in the second week of August, 2023. The classes will teach warmup/stretching/breathing, basic sword stances and forms, and two person forms. Classes will be open to everyone above the age of 18.

Date/Time: 8:30pm-9:30pm, 8th August, 2023

Cost: C$100 (1 trial class and 4 classes)

Clothing: loose comfortable clothing with nothing to snag
