An amazing supervisor who leads by example, especially when it comes to training new hires and helping them feel confident from day one. Always great at working with kids who are stuck on skills and finding ways to break things down so they can succeed. On top of that, an incredibly fun and engaging coworker who brings great energy to the team every day.

Distraction-free supervision is an essential part of keeping tots safe around water! This is why it is essential to assign a Water Watcher: an adult who will set aside devices, books, and headphones to supervise young swimmers and stay within arms length of non-swimmers. Adults should take turns being the Water Watcher to avoid fatigue and ensure everyone gets to enjoy safety and fun.

We’re officially open in Dubai! This is both our newest school AND the largest Aqua-Tots Swim School in the world. 🏊✨

What started as one swim program in Phoenix, Arizona has grown into a global mission reaching families across 14 countries and delivering more than five million swim lessons every year. Opening Aqua-Tots Dubai marks an exciting new chapter in bringing lifesaving swim education to even more children around the world.
