LAST CALL for this retreat hosted and thoughtfully put together by Resilience Yoga Studio. Together we’ll be participating in the Everlove 3-Day Wellness Festival in beautiful Blue Mountain.

A long weekend to move, rest, laugh, reconnect, and step away from everyday life for a while. We’ll spend our days immersed in yoga, wellness experiences, music, movement classes, nature, inspiring workshops, meaningful conversation, and time shared with an incredible group of women.

There’s something powerful about surrounding yourself with women who are all choosing to slow down, show up for themselves, and inspire one another along the way.

Your retreat cost includes accommodations and full access to the 3-day Everlove Wellness Festival. ONLY $930 + HST

Approachable Ashtanga

Ready to try something new? This class combines breath and movement in a structured, easy-to-follow flow based on the foundations of the Ashtanga tradition. You'll build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while moving at a steady, accessible pace. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to complement your current fitness routine, this class offers clear instruction and modifications to support your practice. All levels are welcome.

Look out for some exciting changes coming soon to our Resilience weekly schedule!

Starting next week, we’ll be introducing new in-studio classes and adding our very first Outdoor Yoga class to the schedule for June 21st.

As we move into summer, we’re creating even more opportunities to move, breathe, connect, and feel good in your body. Keep an eye on the schedule over the next little while… there are some beautiful additions on the way.

Get a strong, lean, sculpted body with this fun and dynamic class infused with elements of ballet, yoga, core, flexibility and strength training. Using a a ballet barre as well as props such as hand weights and "squishy balls", and accompanied by fun music, you will be guided through a series of exercises that focus on small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetitions to help shape your body from every angle.

Move Better, Feel Better
3-Part Mobility Workshop Series

This 3-part workshop series is designed to help you move better, whether your goal is to feel stronger, reduce stiffness, improve performance, or move more comfortably in everyday life.

Using principles from Kinstretch and Functional Range Conditioning, each session focuses on building strength, control, and fluidity. You’ll learn how to actively expand your range of motion, improve joint health, and build a body that feels capable and resilient.

Each workshop stands on its own, but together they create a complete and progressive system for full-body mobility. For the best experience, participants are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions, as each workshop builds on the previous one.

Workshops take place on 3 consecutive Saturdays beginning June 6
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pricing:
• Full 3-Part Series: $150 + HST
• Single Workshop: $65 + HST
