2005 was the debut year of The Cup and the rookie season of both Ovechkin and Crosby. Could the timing have been any better?

Much like LeBron James rookie cards and 2003 Exquisite, it coincided with some insane first year Jordan Exquisite cards, many of which have exceeded $1,000,000+… 2025 The Cup lined Ovechkin and Crosby with some absolute Gretzky masterpieces.. 2003 Exquisite Basketball and 2005 The Cup Hockey even share similar subsets…one of the key reasons we’re seeing incredible demand for first year The Cup Gretzky grails.
