My soon-to-be 90 year old Pops got to relive his UMich track & field heyday, in slightly upgraded facilities, thanks to Canadian track legend & UMich coach .
One of the things I love about this sport is the sense of community & the connection athletes across all ages have.
I can’t thank Kevin enough for taking time away from his family on a Sunday to make this a very special day for Pops.

Remember the Hershey Track & Field Games?
Hershey used to sponsor a true grassroots program that offered kids 9-14 years old an opportunity to discover the joys of track & field. No spikes or blocks allowed, no experience required.
It culminated in the exceptionally fun Hershey North American Games held in Hershey, PA. Kids from Ontario had the chance to be selected to compete for Region 1 against other kids from all over North America.
Christian Hill went to the Hershey North American Games twice. As a 12 year old, he won the 400 in 56.50 & as a 14 year old he won the 100 in 11.80.

The first half is always the best half!
Congrats to for completing her first ever half marathon in Vancouver today. From never running more than 5K in January to a half marathon in May. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
