Thanks to your time and efforts, we're helping keep gymnastics accessible so youth in our community can stay active, learn, and grow as athletes. We're here to help every child achieve their full potential in gymnastics, and our volunteers and partners are vital to delivering on our mission.
Rama Gaming House has been a valued partner of Gymnastics Mississauga, working with our volunteers to support all programs in our club. From maintaining the equipment on the gym floor to keeping our gym safe, our volunteers and partnerships are making a difference every single day.

✨GM MAG Athletes Practicing on the Floor! Floor exercises are performed on a 12×12-meter mat without musical accompaniment. Men’s routines are characterized by a sequence of linked elements that simultaneously demonstrate strength, flexibility, and balance. Each exercise consists of movements that combine many elements, such as somersaults, handstands, and rotations.
