We are beginning the return to 'normal'; however, it might be a long journey. We are going to need to adapt and be flexible in regard to COVID processes that may continue for quite soem time. One of those processes is line ups and metering going into stores.
Someting to consider is that there are people who have a great deal of difficulty with 'standing' - in this case in line ups - for more than a few minutes. If your business will be continuing line ups and metering, consider that you may want to develop a higher level of awareness among your staff, and provide options that reach out to and assist your customers who may not be able to stand in line for an extended period of time.

Being the Christmas Season we are all likely to be wishing those around us well. But this Christmas, and going into 2019, give some thought to the reality that people who struggle with disabilities and / or mental health issues simply want a form of inclusion that allows them to take part in life with respect and dignity.
