Change is inevitable.

It all started in 2009 as Square One CrossFit. Evolved into Full Metal CrossFit in 2015. I was lucky enough to start out as a member in 2010, coach in 2015 and owner in 2017.

There have been so many amazing memories, PR's, celebrations and happenings over the years. I am proud to have been able to lead this community for over 6 years.

To those EPIC and UNFORGETTABLE Christmas parties - Thank you.

To the coaches I was lucky enough to have on my team, to those I helped develop and watch grow into amazing leaders themselves - Thank you.

To everyone that walked through the doors, and found a place to call home, to share in each others success and struggles - thank you.

It was an absolute honour to be part of this community. Thank you for everything.

Our doors may be closed, but the community lives on.

Happy Friday! Let's make a tasty but healthy dinner to wind down from a long week!

- always start with vegetables and two different ones if you can: broccoli and mushrooms
- next, protein and try to pick a leaner option: steak
- don’t forget your carbs: leftover potato’s or microwave rice for an easy night
- cool in healthy oils and seasoning: olive oil, salt, pepper, steak spice

Focus on balancing your plate, but also enjoy by making it a little bit off!

Healthy breakfast in 5!

What you need:⁠
- whole grain bread🍞⁠
- 100% peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)🥜⁠
- banana 🍌⁠
- strawberries 🍓
- chia and h**p seeds⁠

What to do:⁠
- toast your bread⁠
- top with nut butter⁠
- slice bananas and add to toast⁠
- sprinkle chia and h**ps seeds for additional healthy fat and protein⁠
- drizzle of honey⁠
- enjoy!⁠
