The power of Physical Health on Mental Health 🏋🏼♀️🧠
Did you know that you your physical health can have a major impact on your mental health? Physical activity can help improve you psychological state of mind. It can help with desperation and anxiety, decrease stress, increase self-esteem and self-confidence as well as help us sleep better and boost brain activity.
Our brains are related to mental health and during exercise the body triggers the brain to release “feel good” hormones called endorphins. These endorphins help create feelings of happiness and euphoria that can help decrease depression and anxiety. Additionally neurohormones like norepinephrine can help improve cognition and mood allowing one to feel less stressed.
As the topic of mental health becomes more of an open topic of conversation, I wanted to put into perspective the impact physical health health has on your mental health.

12- week program is a custom training program made just for you. This is a 3 month commitment program, but what you get is unlike any other program out there. This program is perfect for someone who needs consistency in their training program as well as accountability. It is tailored to those who have a very busy life style as you can do the workouts when it is convenient to you. So what do you get with this program?
Virtual 1:1 consultation and assessment
12 week program tailored to your goals
Workouts 5x a week for 12-weeks
Access to the Kin Move Fitness App where you will have access to your program

1x a week check in with Coach Stefania to discuss progress and any changes that are required

Virtual Bootcamps
Each month join me and several others in a 45min fitness class. Fitness classes will typically be full body workouts with little to no equipment. Classes are run by Coach Stefania 3x a week through Google Meets. If you are looking for a quick 45min high intensity class that will help you shred fat, tone your body and motivate you to get back to working out than this is perfect for you!
**Resistance bands (mini bands) and a set of light to medium dumbbells are recommended**

So this November I will be running/walking a total of 60km. The 60km represents the 60 men who die globally each hour of everyday from su***de.
