Coaches lead by example, both in and out of the pool!

Congratulations to Coach Leticia on completing the TCS Waterfront Half Marathon this past weekend! An incredible achievement that reflects perseverance, dedication, and the mindset to keep pushing forward, even when the challenge gets tough.

At MSSAC, we believe that being a coach goes beyond the pool deck. It’s about inspiring our swimmers to set goals, embrace challenges, stay active, and believe in what they are capable of achieving. Coach Leticia is a great example of what it means to lead by example and show that with determination, hard work, and the right mindset, amazing things are possible.

What a weekend for our Junior Jets!

Our Junior Jets kicked off their season at the Dash for Cash hosted by the Milton Marlins, and what an amazing weekend it was!

From heat winners and personal bests to incredible cheering and endless MSSAC spirit, our swimmers brought the energy from start to finish.

Congratulations to all our swimmers on a fantastic first meet! We can’t wait to see this energy continue throughout the season. Way to go!

Today, MSSAC honours National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We remember the children who never returned home, honour Survivors and their families, and recognize the importance of listening, learning and continuing the journey toward reconciliation.

Yesterday, MSSAC came together as a team for the Terry Fox Run! 🤍❤️

It was an amazing day of team bonding, supporting our community, and cheering each other on as everyone got their runs in. We’re so proud to have raised $5,286 in support of cancer research and to have our MSSAC family come together for such an important cause.

Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and showed up for one another. Together, we run for a reason!

MISSISSAUGA RESIDENTS, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

For years, MSSAC athletes have trained without a true home pool. Now, we have an opportunity to change that. 🧡💙

We’re petitioning Mississauga City Council to build a 25m, 10-lane competition pool at Mississauga Valley Community Centre, a facility that would support our swimmers and benefit the entire Mississauga community.
