Not sure how many of my students still use this app but if you are seeing this hit me up. I want to get a class going ASAP, Tuesday nights to start and if we can get enough of you lazy POS back on the mats we will add another day, preferably a weekend morning. I want to get back focused on striking, throwing and grappling.

I heard from a couple good Sensei friends of mine that they are now holding good ole fashioned Sport Jiu Jitsu style tournaments none of this lying down and tea baggin each other for 20 mins, none of this we approach and he sits down into guard right away trash.... nope some good ole punch and kick each other in the face....... Today with an extreme heavy heart we have to say goodbye to Sensei Bob Krantsz of the Milton Jiu Jitsu club, Sensei Bob was one of the founding instructors of Sport Jiu Jitsu in Ontario and was instrumental in developing his own style that we today call the Combined Jiu Jitsu Arts.

He was Sensei Drew’s instructor and mentor, he taught Sensei Tyler as a child and continued to be a sort of Grandfather to our club, with regular seminars and promotions of both Sensei Drew and Sensei Tyler he will be greatly missed by not only our club and his own but the entire Canadian Jiu Jitsu community.

RIP Sensei

Time to get back into it for 2024, classes to resume next week been a good couple months off to heal and relax but it’s never too good to be off the mats for too long… message me for details

Me: don’t spoil it I need to finish (turns on car windows down the Offspring starts blaring full blast)

Student: just like Johnny Lawrence….. you know Sensei you are Johnny Lawerence …. I tell my family everytime he’s comes on screen…oh my god that’s Sensei.

Me: no am I ? How? Well the loud rock music, fast car, blonde hair, likes a good fight, can’t stand how this new virtue signalling bs, and refuse to p*e sitting down…. S**t, well he is a badass…… could be worse you could have said I was like Kreese.

We back in couple weeks, first class back on the mats will be September 6th @ 6pm don’t disappoint your mother’s get back and train!!
