You know you’re WINNING when the youngest athletes in your gym start doing BOX JUMPS at Open Gym.

Nobody told them to. Nobody made it a challenge. They just wanted in.

Why? Because they’re watching.

They’re watching our Worlds athletes put in the WORK during their weekly Strength & Conditioning sessions. They’re seeing athletes show up for S&C classes, push themselves, get stronger and take their training seriously.

And now? They want to do it too.

THIS is how you build a culture.

At PCT, we are ATHLETES first and foremost. Cheerleading is our sport, but strength, power, athleticism and work ethic are our foundation.

And when our youngest athletes start adopting the habits of our oldest athletes, we know we’re doing something right.

The best part? They think they’re just having fun.

They’re actually learning what it means to be an athlete.

And THAT is a win worth celebrating.

EVERYBODY HAS A ROLE.

Different jobs. Different responsibilities. One common goal.

That’s what makes cheerleading special. Every athlete matters. Every contribution counts. And nobody does it alone.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the people who show up for each other, put in the work, and understand that being part of something bigger than yourself is what makes being on a team so special.

That’s PCT.

SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR.

This Thanksgiving, we’re feeling especially grateful.

For our athletes, who bring energy, personality, determination, and so much joy into our gym.

For our coaches, who give so much of themselves to these kids and this sport.

For our families, who juggle schedules, drive endless kilometres, cheer from the sidelines, and trust us with their kids.

For our alumni, who remind us that being a Cobra lasts a lifetime, especially when they return with little Cobras of their own. ❤️

For our community, who show up, pitch in, support each other, and literally helped us move an entire gym.

And for Canada. 🇨🇦 For the freedom, safety, healthcare, education, diversity, and opportunities we are fortunate to enjoy. In a world where so many families face uncertainty and hardship, we are reminded how privileged we are to call this country home. Canada isn’t perfect, but there’s so much worth appreciating, protecting, and making better.

As we settle into our new home, we’re reminded that a gym is just a building. It’s the people who make it special. And we have some pretty extraordinary people.
