DAY 5 | 20 DAYS OF PCT

Remember the Band Cheer?

Admit it. You’re already saying it in your head…

“Cobras, Allstars. Driven to succeed. Red, Gold and Blue, these colours… WE BLEED.”

And apparently, 13 years ago, we looked at a group of six-year-olds and thought: You know what these kids need? An absurdly complex series of lightning-fast motions. 😂

Look at them GO.

Seriously. What were we thinking?

The colours have changed. The uniforms have DEFINITELY changed. And somewhere along the way we learned that perhaps Minis don’t require a PhD in motion choreography.

But if you were a COBRA in this era, you know every word. You can probably still do the motions. Or at least your shoulders remember the trauma. 👀

Some memories live in photos. Some live in trophies.

And some are permanently lodged in your brain, performed at full speed by first graders.

13 years later, this one still makes us smile.

Today’s lesson: NEVER bet against Odyssey.

Picture it. 2019. Only three Canadian teams are moving on to finals at Worlds.

We knew we could do it.

As coaches gathered, pressed for scores and tried to figure out who was in, nobody was asking about Odyssey.

Underestimated? You bet we were.

And then there we were. ODYSSEY. Our name called. Moving on to finals. 🇨🇦

Fast forward to last season and a very different announcement, but somehow the exact same feeling.

A Paid Bid to Worlds on the line.

We knew we could do it.

And then, once again: ODYSSEY.

There’s something pretty perfect about a team whose name literally means a long journey filled with challenges, adventures and unexpected turns.

They’ve lived up to it.

Different athletes. Different eras. Same ability to show up when it matters.

Never bet against Odyssey.

And we cannot WAIT to see where the journey takes them this season.

DAY 2 | 20 DAYS OF PCT

We don’t always make the climb… but when we do, we make it count. 🏔️🏆

The moment PCT became the first Canadian program to win The Summit. 🇨🇦

A historic win. A huge moment for our program. And a memory that will live well beyond the walls of 3580 Laird.

And yes, we went back and won it again. Two Summit Championships. But who’s counting? 👀

These are the moments that built PCT. The moments that showed us what was possible and pushed us to keep reaching higher.

New home. New goals. New history to make.

The Rebirth of COBRA is just beginning.

The championships. The firsts. The lasts. The chaos. The people. The moments that became part of PCT history.

Because while we’re saying goodbye to 3580, we’re not saying goodbye to who we are.
