figure I’d put my own spin on it. Well here it is 🤷🏾‍♂️…This is completely free and I’m looking for 2-4 individuals to train alongside myself & the PHF Familia (5 days/week). A foundational background in the main exercises (squat, bench press, deadlift and hip thrust) is a prerequisite.
