IN-PERSON workshop this Sunday in London, Ontario hosted by Katerina Jackson and I.
This is a FREE workshop where we'll be covering everything you need to know about competing with UFE, PLUS stage posing and presentation.
You'll have a chance to learn, practice and have feedback on your posing and presentation so you can feel prepared and ready for the stage.
The workshop will take place from 11am-1:30pm at the Delta London Armouries. Spots are limited so email [email protected] to reserve a spot.

I decided 8 weeks ago to get into the best shape of my life.
I hate to admit, but I’m as old now as the guys who used to tell me “wait til you get to my age” or “when you pass X years old everything changes”
I’ve always been scared of getting old, becoming weak, or fat or less able to do what I want so I told myself that I was going to do everything possible to fight the process and completely shift the thinking of what is possible at any age.
The leanest I’ve ever been was 15 years ago for a photoshoot with magazine. At the time, I got to 8% body fat and felt great (swipe for that pic)
Today I crushed that and feel as good or better than I did 15 years ago.
