As some of you might know we had to say goodbye to our physical location. But every end it's a new beginning. We are transforming. We will move towards online training, remote training and programming and video analysis. We will continue to post awesome lifting videos but also start a series of educational videos. Excited for new beginnings 💪🏻👊🏻
