Bushido Kai Jiu Jitsu (Mississauga Martial Arts Center)

We are a Japanese combat jiu jitsu club. What that means is we focus on techniques fro self defence and real world violent confrontations.

We teach techniques for striking, joint locking, throwing, knife defence and ground fighting a violent attacker.
