— and we’re kicking things off with pop-up classes before our full session begins!

Rhododendron Gardens
Ready to level things up? This higher-intensity class blends strength training, intervals, and cardio challenges to help you build serious strength and stamina. Modifications are always offered, so you can push at your own pace while still getting an effective, energizing workout.

Babies are always welcome—on a mat with toys, snuggled in a carrier, or hanging out in a car seat while you move your body. Wiggles, giggles, and snack breaks included.

Our schedule looks a bit different this week as we’re taking some time off to spend with family and reset our batteries.
We hope Iza is having a blast on her family get away and she looks forward to seeing her prenatal crew Sunday August 3rd!
Our prenatal crew is ready to hit the “barre” with Alexia on Wednesday evening before she sneaks away for a week’s break!
Deb is running her Monday and early morning Tuesday classes before her family meets up with Deb’s sisters for a fun filled camping week!
We’re off on the Monday of the long weekend - but can’t wait to be back to all of our regular classes starting August 4th.
