The Chung Wah philosophy is one that unifies traditional Chinese martial arts, traditional eastern health practices and traditional cultural practices into a dynamic program in the effort to educate students on the full scope of classical Chinese martial studies. This allows for students to dictate the direction and focus of their studies, tweek objectives as their life changes and address health concerns as needed.

Take your dragon and lion skills to the next level. We're bringing a hands-on training workshop to both coasts — led by internationally certified judges and coaches — to raise the standard of Canadian coaching and judging.
This is an active-participation workshop built around international standards and testing. Open to all performers, coaches and judges, and it counts toward Level 2 for those already in the system.
