New classes added at C4 MMA!

We have had an increased demand for day classes and more for adults on weekends. We have added a Boxing Conditioning & Fundamentals Class every Wednesday and Saturday at 12:00pm. This will be a co-ed class and suitable for all levels.

At C4, our experienced instructors have created an inclusive environment that will help set your child/ren up for success. Not only will they be learning practical life skills and self defence, but will also learn discipline, increased focus and improve social skills. And don’t forget, the classes are FUN!

Superhero Training Camp 🦸 🦸‍♀️

Our first day camp is quickly approaching! An action packed day, filled with training, games, confidence building and friendship. Our physical activities will help kids practice their hero skills through strength, agility, balance and speed based games.

Being a superhero isn’t only about the physical. Being a hero also means having compassion, a big heart, and be willing to help others. We will be discussing these qualities with our campers to guide them while they create their own superhero identity, cape included!

We will also be encouraging campers to continue building their hero identity and carry it on in everyday life.

We often get asked the best age to start our programs. Our answer: as soon as possible! Maybe not as young as this little guy, even though he watches EVERYTHING going on and wants in on the action 😅, but our regular programs start as young as 3 years old! This age will get a variety of martial arts skills ranging from kicking, striking, grappling and self defence. We will help empower your child, build confidence and keep them active in a fun and disciplined atmosphere. DM for more info! All taught by experienced adult instructors.
