Kala here, and I’m so excited to officially share that our 2026 QB Mat Pilates Teacher Training dates are now live, and yes… we’re running both a Summer Intensive and a Fall Cohort! 🕺

Teaching Pilates has completely changed my life since 2011, and building this training has been one of the most meaningful things we do at QB. Whether your dream is to teach, deepen your own practice, or simply learn more about movement, this program is designed to give you confidence, knowledge, and real-world tools to move into teaching Open Level Group Mat Pilates classes.

What makes our training different?

This course blends Classical Pilates foundations with Contemporary modifications, giving you a strong understanding of the original method while learning how to adapt for real humans in real bodies.

What to expect:

• Anatomy focused on the key muscles and movement patterns in each exercise
• Essential Classical Pilates principles and sequencing
• Contemporary modifications for accessibility and mixed-level classes
• The art of observation, cueing, and effective teaching
• Real-world business and industry skills to help you thrive as an instructor

📅 SUMMER INTENSIVE
July 13–24
Monday–Friday | 2:00–5:30 PM

📅 FALL COHORT
September 12–October 18
Saturdays | 2:00–5:30 PM
Sundays | 1:30–5:00 PM
(No class October 4 or 11)

Early bird pricing for Fall ends July 12 👋

💻 Both cohorts include 10 hours of online anatomy learning + in-studio training.

Despite being a Pilates studio, we also specialize in approachable strength based modalities. Our main verticals include QB Pilates and QB Strength.

Both classes feel intentional. Both focus on form. Both are small groups.

But they’re not the same.

Strength training builds on top of it.
