Bigfoot Academy is hosting a FREE BJJ workshop for kids ages 6–14 on May 16th at their academy on Speers Rd in Oakville.

It's taught by Amr Ghoneim, a BJJ World Champion, Pan Am Gold Medalist, and 4x Canadian National Champ. He's amazing with kids, and this is a legit opportunity to get them into something that builds real confidence and discipline. Only 20 spots, so it'll be small and hands-on.

What an incredible tournament last week! The energy, the sportsmanship, and the level of play were all next level. Every team showed up ready to compete, push hard, and support each other — exactly what the ASC community is all about.

They powered through every match and took home the $400 cash prize!
