Competitive Track & Field Club Dedicated athletes who are able to make most, if not all practices and who are also able to participate in competitions.
Basic Club Philosphy
The club is seeking:
Athletes who are willing to choose track and field as their first priority sporting option for the summer. Athletes who have already proven themselves to be dedicated to and successful in the sport of track and field at the elementary or high school level. Athetes who are willing to come to practice with a positive and appropriate attitude who consistently work hard, listen and are eager to learn.

Hunter had a great weekend at the U18 Provincials! He won silver in discus with a best throw of 45.61m, had a PB in hammer of 41.34m and had a had a great shot comp with a technical change back to the glide! He is off to Legion Track and Field Nationals in Sherbrooke, Quebec next week to compete in hammer and discus ! great things to come! Great job Hunter!

Hunter got off to a rough start with discus, but came back the next day ready to PB! And he did with 11.49 in shot and 33.62 in hammer!

Hunter Campbell made his ASW debut last weekend in Windsor! With a first place discus throw of 44.82m and a put of 11.10m that was good for a second place finish in shot! Welcome to the club Hunter!
A smooth 48.70m for the win at our first indoor HS meet!

“Blake Foster of the Sarnia Athletics Southwest Track and Field Club has been named All-Ontarian by Athletics Ontario for 2021. Foster won three medals at the Ontario U20 championships in Toronto in July. He won the discus, was second in the shot put and took third-place in the hammer throw.
He will be honoured at an Athletics Ontario banquet next Tuesday in Toronto!” (Write up from: Your Sports News)
