Beautiful spring morning walk on our little path. My absolute favourite season! Iโ€™m a spring baby. My babies are spring babies. Even Miss Zoey is a spring baby! Love everything about it. Especially the blossoming of new opportunities, new beginnings, new possibilities, new ideas, and the perfect time to set new intentions for your fitness and wellness. Going for a walk is a great place to start, particularly in nature if possible, to soothe mind, body and soul! ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

I would say that setting standards and boundaries for yourself IS what gives you strength. Itโ€™s a form of self love and self care that is crucial for your well being. It may not come easy sometimes but like a muscle, it gets stronger with consistency.

This is my self care Sunday treat! Havenโ€™t made a smoothie bowl in a while! This protein, nutrient packed smoothie was a perfect way to pause for a moment for some me time to fuel body and soul. Delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹

1 scoop of protein powder
1/2 of fermented greens powder
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/4-1/2 cupWater or plant based milk

Blend all ingredients to desired consistency in a high powered blender. Garnish with berries of choice, gluten free granola and h**p seeds.
