Client Spotlight: Dinesh
Dinesh has been training with me for just over a year. When we first started, he wasn’t comfortable taking any physique photos to track his progress — and that was completely okay. But around the 7-month mark, as the results began to show, he found the confidence to take a few progress shots. Four months later, we captured another set of photos, and the transformation speaks volumes. I only wish we had those early-day pictures to truly highlight how far he’s come.
Over the year, Dinesh has dropped from 185+ lbs to 175 lbs, while gaining muscle, shedding fat, and reducing water retention. His strength has improved by over 50%, and his flexibility has significantly increased — all while balancing a hectic work schedule and frequent travel.
I couldn’t be prouder of his consistency and dedication to our training plan.
Now, as we enter the next phase, our focus shifts to fine-tuning his nutrition and chasing new goals:
Target weight: 180 lbs
3–5 lbs of lean muscle gain
5–10% fat reduction and improved water balance
Dinesh’s journey is a reminder that with patience, structure, and commitment, real transformation is always possible.
