Got tagged in a post today and it really made me miss these days riding with being a snowboard instructor since 2002 was always a big part of who I am and choosing to stop teaching in 2017 to focus on my corporate career in fitness has definitely left a void. Looking forward to hopefully getting out this winter for some much needed R and R. Always be sure to take time to do what you love and love what you do. Giving people a hobbie as a instructor was one of the best gifts I was able to give someone.

Today these hit a bit different, as a fan for years this tattoo represented strength, leadership and power and today it’s a reminder that life is to short and that in darkness their is always light and in that their is hope. Talk to those around you and call for help when you need it. For those that grew up watching Power Rangers today is a sad day as one of the legendary ones has fallen. RIP and may the power protect you. Thanks for the years of entertainment and being a idol and role model for so many.

“I was ready to make a big change. I went to a gym and got a membership. I got 4 mini sessions with a trainer. I learned a couple things but the first 2 months I was not utilizing what he taught me. I ended up spending all my sessions on the elliptical and I was loosing weight. But I wasn't getting Fit. That's when I took my sisters advice and I went to go speak with Michael. Support you local butcher! I decided to treat myself to a really nice steak from a butcher in Georgetown. Worth every dollar I spent on it. Store produced meat is ok but nothing is better then just a really amazing steak from your local meat market. Tender, and mouth watering is what this was.
